Dental Hygienist
Vickie Griffin is a highly experienced Registered Dental Hygienist with over 35 years of experience in the dental field. She holds an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and has spent 7 years as a Dental Assistant and 28 years as a Dental Hygienist. Patients enjoy interacting with Vickie because she takes the time to listen and truly cares about their overall well-being. She loves contributing her knowledge and experience to help patients in any way she can.
In addition to her dental career, Vickie is also a licensed Realtor. She has two adult sons, Charles and William, and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and baking.
Vickie loves working for WM Dentistry of Waco because of the professional environment they have created for patients. The team strives to provide a wonderful experience for patients while in their care. Vickie takes pride in being part of such an outstanding practice and providing the highest level of care to each and every patient.
Dental Assistant
Veronica Dominguez is a skilled Dental Assistant with 3 years of experience in the dental industry. She graduated from TSTC in Dental Assisting with honors, earning a place on the Dean’s List. As a member of the team at WM Dentistry of Waco, Veronica takes pride in her ability to help calm patient anxiety and make their dental experience as comfortable as possible.
Veronica enjoys learning new things and meeting new people, which are key aspects of her role at WM Dentistry of Waco. Her positive attitude and willingness to engage with patients make her a valuable asset to the practice. Patients appreciate Veronica’s friendly demeanor, always happy to see them and taking the time to talk to them.
When not working, Veronica enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, biking, and kayaking. She is married to her husband, Daniel, and is a devoted dog mom. Veronica loves working at WM Dentistry of Waco because of her amazing co-workers, the new technology used at the practice, and her fantastic boss.
Dental Hygienist
Jenny Fadal is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 24 years of experience in the dental industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Background Management and an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She finds great joy in meeting new people every day and developing long-lasting friendships with them. She takes pride in making a difference in her patients’ lives and strives to provide individualized care that addresses each patient’s unique needs.
Patients enjoy interacting with Jenny because she is personable, attentive, and genuinely cares about their well-being. She listens to her patient’s concerns and makes them feel special, creating an atmosphere of trust and comfort.
Jenny is married with two children, a boy, and a girl, and lives in China Spring with her family. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Dental Assistant
Kelly Hargrave is a dental assistant with over 17 years of experience in the dental industry. She graduated from TSTC Dental Assistant School back in 2006. She loves helping others and the unique challenges that come with being a dental assistant. Her patients love her positive attitude and get a deep sense of understanding from her excellent listening skills.
Kelly loves working for WM Dentistry of Waco because she gets to build meaningful relationships with patients and work with an awesome team.
Kelly is married to her husband Cody and has two kids, Paisley and Jax. She is a proud moto mom, and her favorite hobby is watching her two kids race dirt bikes.
Patient Care Coordinator
Jenn Cavazos is the Patient Care Coordinator at WM Dentistry of Waco. With a TSTC certification for Registered Dental Assistant. Jenn entered into her field of work in 2008, Jenn brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role.
Jenn finds great fulfillment in her position, as she takes pride in helping take care of patients. Her friendly and personable nature makes her a pleasure to interact with, which is why clients enjoy their interactions with her.
Outside of work, Jenn is happily married to her husband Mike and they have two children named Garrett and Jillian. She has a range of hobbies that keep her busy, including crafting, home improvement projects, working on cars, and going on off-roading trips with her family in her jeep.
Jenn truly enjoys working for WM Dentistry of Waco because it allows her to be an advocate for patient care. Ensuring that all patients feel welcome and at ease is her top priority, making sure they know they are in the right hands.
Front Office Coordinator
Teri Gorgas is a business professional with nearly 30 years of experience in dentistry. She has considerable knowledge of the industry and has, and continues to, wear many hats at WM Dentistry. She loves developing relationships with the patients she sees day in and day out and wants to ensure everyone’s experience is an enjoyable one.
Teri is married with two children and recently became a “Gigi” by welcoming her first granddaughter. She lives in Hewitt and spends time cooking, being with family and friends and taking care of her rambunctious dog, Boomer.
Teri takes great pride in being an employee of WM Dentistry. She is proud of the work that Dr. Morgan and team have brought to Waco.
